End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (the “User”) and HATECHKILA for the software product purchased through our website.

1. Grant of License

You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive license to use the software on a single device, solely for personal or business use.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the software

Reverse-engineer or decompile the software

Transfer the license to another person or entity

3. Ownership

The software is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights remain with HATECHKILA.

4. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate this agreement. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the software.
